Nick Swisher did it again. Earlier this year, the former Ohio State star led the home crowd in an O-H-I-O chant after a home run in Cleveland's win over Minnesota. Thursday, he did it again after drilling a walk-off grand slam to send the Indians past the Angels. Watch Swisher's grand slam and O-H-I-O in the video above.
