The first round of the NFL draft was Thursday night, so, to little surprise, the 2015 mock drafts have hit the internet. Lostlettermen.com posted its 2015 NFL Draft Big Board, and the site pegs five Big Ten players for the first round. Defensive ends Randy Gregory (Nebraska) and Shilique Calhoun (Michigan State) headline the Big Ten at No. 4 and No. 7, respectively.

Also listed: Maryland WR Stefon Diggs (12); Iowa OL Brandon Scherff (27); Michigan State CB Trae Waynes (32).

Here's what lostlettermen.com says about the Big Ten players:

No. 4: Randy Gregory

Gregory was a monster in his first season in Lincoln with 10.5 sacks and 19 TFLs. All that?s left between him and NFL riches is for him to add muscle to his 6-foot-6, 245-pound frame.

No. 7: Shilique Calhoun

Like Gregory, the 2013 Big Ten Defensive Lineman of the Year needs to put on some muscle to prepare for the rigors of the NFL. We have no doubt that he?ll do so and thrive even more than he already has.

No. 12: Stefon Diggs

Few players in college football can match the explosiveness of Diggs, whose follow-up season to a standout freshman campaign in 2012 was derailed by a broken fibula last October.

No. 27: Brandon Scherff

A consensus First Team All-Big Ten performer, Scherff should become the latest Hawkeye OL to make his way to a high pick in the NFL draft.

No. 32: Trae Waynes

After studying under Darqueze Dennard, now it?s Waynes? time to lead Michigan State?s secondary and its stingy ?No Fly Zone.?

For what it's worth, the Big Ten hasn't had a top 10 pick in the last six years. I mention that because Calhoun and Gregory figure to begin the season as top 10 picks, as they are in this mock.

The Big Ten had four players go in last night's first round, headlined by Michigan OT Taylor Lewan at No. 11.
