Photo: Young Nebraska fan has message for NCAA



Talk about the perfect sign for the perfect day. A young Nebraska fan brought a sign to Sunday night’s game vs. Purdue that read: “NCAA: Better Take Nebraska.” The Huskers, fully on the NCAA bubble after winning six of their last seven, promptly went on to flatten Purdue to move to 8-6 in the Big Ten.

Have they done enough? Not according to the experts, who think the Huskers might need to win out and take a game or two in the NCAA tournament.

Did you not mean the Huskers might need to win out and take a game or two in “the B1G tournament” when referring to what the Big Red may meed to accomplish to reach the NCAA tournament?
