Just about a year ago, Brady Hoke made headlines by saying Notre Dame was "chickening out of" its football rivalry with Michigan. Hoke made the comment last offseason while speaking to a group of Michigan alumni in Grand Rapids, Mich. Why are we bringing it up again, you ask?

Well, Michigan held a Polar Plunge on Saturday at Michigan Stadium, and one diver went into the giant tub of ice water wearing a Notre Dame jersey over a chicken costume.

"That's for your coach," the fan said to Hoke after he ripped off his chicken head.

Classic!

Even better: All proceeds from the event, which former Wolverines Denard Robinson and Jordan Kovacs judged,  benefited the Special Olympics of Michigan.
