In case you're so focused on basketball and missed the news, college football is considering a new rule to slow down offenses. Former Wisconsin coach Bret Bielema, now starting his second year at Arkansas, is one of the proponents of the new rule. To have some fun with Bielema, our friends at LostLettermen.com came up with a hilarious list of 10 other rules Bielema would like implemented.

This is a great list. My favorites are No. 7 (Quarterbacks are allowed to transfer to opposing school within games and play immediately.) and No. 9 (Any head coach with the first name of Urban must serve a 20-year show cause penalty, no questions asked.).
