Eight Big Ten women's basketball teams were in action Sunday afternoon, including three ranked clubs. All three were victories, too, as No. 11 Penn State dropped Wisconsin, No. 21 Nebraska rallied past Indiana and No. 23 Purdue nipped Iowa. NEBRASKA 76, INDIANA 61 | RECAP | BOX
(AP) Jordan Hooper scored 31 points to fuel a late charge for No. 21 Nebraska after veteran coach Connie Yori collapsed, and the Huskers rolled to a 76-61 win over Indiana on Sunday for their sixth straight win. Hooper, who hit six 3's to set the Nebraska career record (270), tied the game midway through the second half. Nebraska (19-5, 9-3 Big Ten) closed the game with a 30-11 run.

PENN STATE 78, WISCONSIN 68 | RECAP | BOX
(AP) Maggie Lucas, the top free throw shooter in the nation, shot No. 11 Penn State into the lead from the line with less than 4 minutes to play, sparking the Nittany Lions on a 20-9 run to close out Wisconsin Sunday, 78-68. Now 148 for 153 from the line this season, Lucas was 8-for-8 in the game and fueled the closing run with four free throws and a field goal. She finished with 25 points to lead Penn State.

PURDUE 74, IOWA 73 | RECAP | BOX
(AP) Courtney Moses scored 25 points, including the game-winning free throws with seven seconds left as No. 23 Purdue defeated Iowa 74-73 on Sunday. Moses had the last seven points for the Boilermakers (18-7, 8-5 Big Ten). Her 3-pointer broke a 70-70 tie at the 1:57 mark. After Samantha Logic made two free throws and then the go-ahead bucket for the Hawkeyes (20-7, 8-5) at 38 seconds, Moses knocked down a jumper 8 seconds later.

MICHIGAN 70, ILLINOIS 63 | RECAP | BOX
Junior forward Cyesha Goree scored 30 points and grabbed 19 rebounds as the University of Michigan women's basketball team hung on for a 70-63 win over Illinois on Sunday afternoon (Feb. 16) at the State Farm Center. Goree scored her 30 points on 12-for-15 shooting with 19 rebounds — 12 offensive and seven defensive — to become just the second Wolverine to go for 30 points and 19 rebounds in a game.
