(AP) Tim Frazier scored on a driving layup with 6.1 seconds to go Wednesday night, capping a remarkable rally to give Penn State a 66-65 victory at Indiana. Frazier finished with 14 points as the Nittany Lions (13-12, 4-8 Big Ten) ended a two-game losing streak and defeated Indiana for the first time since March 2011. Kevin "Yogi" Ferrell led the Hoosiers with 16 points. Will Sheehey added 12.
