Video: Aaron Craft saves ball, takes out cheerleader

Another Ohio State game, another opportunity for Aaron Craft to amaze fans with his all-out hustle. While the latest example came in Sunday’s home loss vs. No. 20 Iowa, Craft’s effort to save a ball under his own basket can’t be ignored. Not only did he save the ball, he went airborne – as he often does – and took out a cheerleader who was seated right under the basket. Watch the hustle play in this post.

The guy never ceases to amaze. Remember his hustle plays Tuesday night at Michigan State? If not, here you go.

Don’t get the hype about Craft- yeah he hustles – does not make him AllAmerican. Look at today’s line – 6 pts and 6 turnovers. The game changed when Iowa put Marble at point. Craft fouled out trying to guard him and Marble out D’d him also, picked his pocket twice at midcourt. Craft could easliy have had another 4+ fouls. After today maybe the officials will see the world does not end if they foul him out and his constant “palms up – who me?” is a joke

akble, craft is what he is cause the refs let him foul and hack and they don’t call anything ! and when they do craft acts like he didn’t do anything, which is never true ! kramer on purdue got away with what craft always does too : foul and hack

Doug – totally agree – they let him get away last year with murder against Iowa State in the NCAA Tourney – hopefully he exposed himself today and maybe the B10 officials start calling the smae fouls both ways

What I cant believe is the Big 10 network gave him as much print going for a ball as the whole Iowa win. More bias showing?

so true Bob- several plays from Iowa that could have been shown – on this play his “save” went to an Iowa player- though not mentioned. According to game line I saw Buckeyes were -19 for Crafts playing time. Compare the lines between the two. Marble wins pts, rebs, blocks- same in steals and assists – the only thing Craft won was Turnovers and Fouls!
