Michigan QB Gardner ruled out of Buffalo Wild Wings Bowl
Michigan quarterback Devin Gardner has been officially ruled out when the Wolverines take on Kansas State in the Buffalo Wild Wings Bowl on Saturday. CBSSports.com’s Bruce Feldman reported today Gardner broke his foot early on in the third quarter of the Ohio State game.
With Gardner out, true freshman Shane Morris will start at quarterback for the Wolverines. Morris has appeared in only four games this season, completing 5 of 9 passes for 65 yards and an interception.
Gardner tweeted out the following message shortly after 1 p.m. ET today.
