15 Big Ten players named to AP All-America Team

The Associated Press released its 2013 AP All-America Team on Tuesday, and the Big Ten was well-represented. Ohio State linebacker Ryan Shazier and Michigan State cornerback Darqueze Dennard, both first-teamers, led a Big Ten contingent of 15 players.

T: Taylor Lewan, Michigan
DT: Shilique Calhoun, Michigan State
LB: Chris Borland, Wisconsin

RB: Carlos Hyde, Ohio State
RB: Ameer Abdullah, Nebraska
T: Jack Mewhort, Ohio State
G: John Urschel, Penn State
G: Ryan Groy, Wisconsin
WR: Allen Robinson, Penn State
K: Jeff Budzien, Northwestern
DT: Ra’Shede Hageman, Minnesota
LB: Max Bullough, Michigan State
LB: Denicos Allen, Michigan State

I think they have that wrong. cause Chris Borland sould be on the first team. ad Ryan Shazier should be 2nd team. chris is a beast at the LB spot.

For sure Ryan stats were much better than Chris Borlands. I think the Big Ten Voters got it wrong and the AP voters got it right. WOW to be considered the top linebacker in the nation, he deserves it!!
