The Michigan State and Penn State men's soccer teams advanced to the NCAA regional semifinals with second-round victories Sunday. Both teams carded 1-0 wins, with the Spartans downing Louisville in double overtime and the Nittany Lions taking down UC Santa Barbara. Wisconsin lost 4-0 to Notre Dame.

Michigan State 1, Louisville 0 (2 OT)
The 11th-seeded Michigan State men's soccer team kept its season alive in dramatic fashion, scoring late into double overtime to advance past Louisville 1-0 in the NCAA Tournament Second Round on Sunday. Penn State 1, UC Santa Barbara 0
A beautiful 78th-minute goal by freshman Connor Maloney helped No. 16 Penn State men's soccer past 10th-seeded and 15th-ranked UC Santa Barbara, 1-0, on Sunday night at Harder Stadium in front of 4,420 fans. Read full GoPSUSports.com release.

Notre Dame 4, Wisconsin 0
After defeating in-state rival Milwaukee 1-0 in the first round of the NCAA tournament on Thursday night, the Wisconsin men?s soccer team knew it would have its hands full when it met third-seeded Notre Dame on Sunday night in the round of 32 at Alumni Stadium in South Bend, Ind.
