The Illinois and Michigan women's soccer teams advanced to theNCAA regional semifinals with wins over Portland and Illinois State, respectively. The Illini rallied to drop Portland in overtime, while Michigan rolled to an easy 3-0 victory. Indiana, Nebraska and Penn State all were eliminated. Catch up on all the action in this post.

Illinois 4, Portland 3 (OT)
Illinois (11-8-3) earned its fourth trip to the NCAA Sweet Sixteen with a thrilling come-from-behind 4-3 overtime victory over No. 7 Portland (17-3-1) on Saturday. The Illini battled back from a 2-0 halftime deficit on a snowy Nebraska Soccer Field and netted three second-half goals to send the NCAA second round match to an extra period. Michigan 3, Illinois State 0
Senior Nkem Ezurike of the No. 11-ranked University of Michigan women's soccer team became the program's career leader in points and was one of three goal-scorers, helping the Wolverines reach the NCAA Sweet 16 for the second straight season in a 3-0 victory over Illinois State in the second round on Friday (Nov. 22) at U-M Soccer Stadium. North Carolina 4, Indiana 0
The Indiana Women's Soccer team (15-7-1) saw its record breaking season come to a close on Friday night with a 4-0 loss to North Carolina (19-4) at Fetzer Field. The Hoosiers end the season with 15 wins, setting a new school record while making the fourth appearance in the NCAA Tournament in program history. Read the full IUHoosiers.com release.

Boston College 4, Nebraska 1
The most successful season for the Nebraska soccer program in over a decade came to an end on Friday as the No. 10 Huskers were eliminated in the NCAA Tournament Second Round by Boston College, 4-1, at the Nebraska Soccer Field.  NU finishes the 2013 campaign with a 19-4-1 mark, its highest win total since 2000. Wake Forest 1, Penn State 0
It all came down to one goal in the 81st minute on Friday evening as the fourth-seeded Penn State women's soccer team fell to Wake Forest, 1-0, in the second round of the NCAA Tournament. Each side turned in a tremendous defensive effort but the Lions were unable to find the back of the net, resulting in PSU's third-straight loss to the Demon Deacons. Read full GoPSUSports.com release.
