The Boilermakers (4-0) continued a trend of winning every other game by a blowout and topped 75 points for the sixth straight time dating to last season – their longest streak since an eight-game span during the 1997-98 season.

(AP) Amir Williams scored a career-high 16 points and Shannon Scott added 13 to lead No. 8 Ohio State to a 63-52 victory over American University on Wednesday night. The Buckeyes (4-0) struggled all night to make shots, finishing 20 of 56 from the field for 36 percent.

NORTHWESTERN 93, UIC 58 | RECAP | BOX | PLAY-BY-PLAY

(AP) Dave Sobolewski scored 17 of his career-high 25 points in the first half and Drew Crawford added 18 as Northwestern routed Illinois-Chicago 93-58 on Wednesday night. Northwestern (2-2) opened the game with a 17-4 lead on Sanjay Lumpkin's layup and JerShon Cobb's 3-pointer extended the lead to 20-6 as the Wildcats led wire to wire.
