Tonight on BTN: Penn State at Alabama (1986)

Penn State's 1986 national championship run included a late October 23-3 win at then-No. 2 Alabama. As was the case throughout the memorable season, on this day, it was all about the defense, which limited the Crimson Tide to 44 rushing yards and registered five sacks and five turnovers. The Nittany Lions, of course, went on to finish the season unbeaten, one of Joe Paterno's five perfect seasons in his career, and win its second national crown.
