C’mon, no disrespect to NIU, but they give up 35 to Idaho, 39 to E. Illinois & 24 to Kent St., and they’re not only a top 25 team, but they’re better than Michigan State? Really? A 1 loss MSU team (at ND w/ a new QB) who beats ND in most statistical categories is going to give up 35 to Idaho?

Really, NIU gives up 35 to Idaho, 39 to E. Illinois & 24 to Kent St., and not only are they ranked but they’re “better” than MSU? Does anybody really think a 1 loss (@ ND w/ 1st time road start to a then ranked team) MSU will give up more than 14 pts to NIU let alone Idaho, EIU or KSU?

Perhaps after they get by IU this week and PU next they sniff the top 25? Or do they have to wait for Nov 2 in E.L. with a victory over Um?
