With Nebraska, Wisconsin and Illinois losing, my weekly bowl projections have changed. Michigan?s great escape vs. Akron also caused me to shuffle bowl slots. But, Ohio State continues to take care of business, so there is no change at the top of my projections. So, let?s get to it: Here are my Week 4 bowl projections.
