Here's something new: Michigan State busted out quick games of rock-paper-scissors following made extra points and field goals in Friday night's season opener vs. Western Michigan. That's right, once the ball went through the uprights, kicker Kevin Muma and long snapper Taybor Pepper found each other and drew their best hand. No, there's no word on who won the battle.

Well, it's no Bill Gramatica, that's for sure. And that's a good thing. The way Michigan State's offense figures to struggle to score points this year, Mark Dantonio and the Spartans probably hope to see a lot more rock-paper-scissors.
