If you want to see Ohio State and Michigan play on back-to-back weeks, you'll like Stewart Mandel's 2013 Big Ten football preview. Mandel, who released his preview Tuesday, picks Ohio State to beat Michigan in the Big Ten title game, one week after losing at Michigan.

While Mandel doesn't have the Buckeyes going unblemished – as many other experts predict – he's still very high on Urban Meyer's team. After all, he predicts Braxton Miller (Offensive MVP), Ryan Shazier (Defensive MVP) and Dontre Wilson (Impact Freshman) to take home three of his four superlative honors.

His only other superlative honor goes to Melvin Gordon (Breakout Star).

Other interesting notes:

  • Mandel picks Michigan, Nebraska and Michigan State to all finish 6-2 in the Legends Division.
  • Mandel foresees another winless Big Ten campaign for Illinois, which has lost its last 14 conference games.
  • Not only does Mandel have Indiana (7-5, 4-4) bowling, he has it finishing ahead of Penn State (6-6, 3-5).
