No. 12: Kenny Bell, WR, Nebraska

It'd be entertaining to see what Kenny Bell could do on a team that must look his way to keep the offense moving. As electrifying as Bell is, fact is, he's one of numerous weapons at Taylor Martinez's disposal. No matter, Bell and his wheels will make the most of their opportunities – something he's done to the tune of 16.1 yards per reception on 82 career catches in his first two seasons. In other words, Bell might not need 70 or 80 catches to reach the 1,000-yard or double-digit TD milestones every receiver eyes.
