Tried to commnt on story of Tanner Lubach’s walk-off Homer tonight, but could not pull up a comment section. Real “story behind the story” here, as Tanner Lubach was the high school (Lincoln Southwest) catcher selected 2 years ago to catch the first pitch from former President George W. Bush at the first ever College World Series game at TD Ameritrade Park in Omaha., after the CWS moved there fo mRosenblatt Stadium 2 years ago. Great background story for tonight’s story on Tanner’s heroics.
