Evan Gordon will be the second member of his family to be a one-and-done Indiana Hoosier. The younger brother of one-year Indiana standout Eric Gordon, Evan announced Wednesday that he will use his final season of eligibility at Indiana. Gordon, who spent last season at Arizona State after two seasons at Liberty, will be eligible immediately as he pursues a master’s degree.
Gordon, a North Central High School graduate, averaged 10.1 points, 2.9 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 1.3 steals per game last year for the Sun Devils.
“There’s nothing like an Indiana kid playing for IU,” Gordon said on his new opportunity.
Evan Gordon is a terrific addition for Indiana. The Hoosiers will be young regardless, but Gordon adds much needed experience. Solid player.—
