According to reports, the Big Ten bowl picture is supposed to change. And the first alterations are leaking out. Here's what's being talked about: the Big Ten and ACC will share the Gator Bowl and Music City Bowl between 2014 and 2019 - with each conference to appear in each game three times during that span vs. the SEC.

My thoughts? This causes me to shrug my shoulders. I honestly have a difficult time getting fired up for bowl games that really mean nothing.

Why not just let every FBS school schedule a 13th game and drop about 25 bowl games? Don?t all schools want more home games for revenue purposes, anyway? Give it to them and forget about some of these made-for-TV bowl games.
