Things are getting physical – as far the NBA goes these days – in the Golden State-Denver playoff series. Both head coaches are complaining, and during Tuesday night’s postgame press conference, George Karl said this: “Did Draymond Green play football or basketball at Michigan State?”

Karl jokingly asked the question because Green was called for a flagrant foul on one of his players, Kenneth Faried. Green, the 2011-12 Big Ten Player of the Year, had fun with Karl’s comments. Check out his tweet below.

That’s a shot of Green from the 2011 Michigan State Green-White Spring Game. If you forgot, the Spartan product lined up at tight end for a few plays before terrorizing the Big Ten on the hardwood and being drafted by Golden State.

Mary, Mark is jealous of all MSU players. At least he won’t end up like Rumeal Robinson, right Mark !!!!

Rumeal Robinson is a great champion and in my opinion a role model. It saddens me that he was not allowed to sit next to Chris Webber and attend the National Championship game.

well Mark, when you’re doing time in a federal prison for swindling people, it’s not easy to go to bball games. Of course Webber should be locking with Robinson for bringing down the M program for 20 years…..
