We all know Urban Meyer can coach. But what about his golf game? Meyer and other big-name coaches hit the links Monday at the Chick-Fil-A Bowl Challenge – an event that paired BCS coaches with celebrity partners who competed for $20,000 in scholarship money for their respective universities.

Meyer, who teamed with Jeff Logan, a captain on Ohio State's 1977 team, finished seventh in the long drive contest (254 yards). For what it's worth, former Wisconsin assistant Dave Doeren won the coaches' division, with a 292-yard blast.

Seventh place isn't too bad, all things considered. Still, Meyer's stroke could use some work. He looks a little stiff and his finish resembles a baseball swing.

Then again, it's probably a good thing Meyer doesn't have a perfect golf swing. Better to have him in the office studying film than on the links, right?
