A trio of Nebraska pitchers combined for the team’s first no-hitter since 1993 in the first game of Tuesday’s doubleheader sweep of No. 12 Arkansas. The last combined no-hitter for NU came March 6, 1993, vs. Peru State. This marks the eighth no-hitter in school history, the fourth of which was of the combined variety.

Behind Blake Headley’s eighth-inning pinch-hit home run, Nebraska carded a 4-2 win in the nightcap to sweep the doubleheader.
