Nebraska moved up two spots following its win at Iowa, Michigan stayed put despite a loss at Ohio State, and Northwestern moved back into the poll after dismantling rival Illinois.

Perfect Ohio State (12-0, 8-0), which is ranked No. 4 in the AP Poll, is not eligible for the BCS Standings. Neither is 8-4 Penn State.
