Minnesota wide receiver A.J. Barker tweeted Sunday that he had quit the football team and plans to transfer. Barker, a junior, is Minnesota’s leading receiver in every major statistical category, with 30 receptions, 577 yards and seven touchdowns, despite missing the last three games due to an ankle injury.
