Stephen Houston had a productive quarter for Indiana. He caught two passes for 90 yards and one touchdown, but the Hoosiers still trail 42-22. Penn State got things going through the air in the quarter, passing for 144 yards. The Nittany Lions have scored the last 14 points.

Indiana closed the gap to 28-19 when Cameron Coffman and Houston hooked up for a 79-yard touchdown to put a bow on a 79-yard drive. Watch BTN color analyst Chris Martin beg for Houston to get involved seconds before touchdown.

An 18-yard drive that ended when Mitch Ewald kicked a 46-yard field goal helped the Hoosiers narrow the deficit to 28-22. Indiana started in good field position at Penn State's 47-yard line when the Hoosiers recovered a fumble.

The Nittany Lions opened up the lead, 35-22, after marching down the field for a nine-play, 75-yard drive that ended when Zach Zwinak turned a handoff into a one-yard touchdown. Matt McGloin's 42-yard pass to Allen Robinson took Penn State from the 25 and across midfield to ignite the drive.

The Nittany Lions added to their advantage when Michael Zordich ran four yards to paydirt, the last of a seven-play, 52-yard drive to give Penn State the lead, 42-22.

Zwinak clinched a 100-yard rushing game with 28 in the quarter, part of his 118-yard day through three quarters for the Nittany Lions.

Indiana's Shane Wynn hauled in two catches for two yards in the quarter to put him over 100 yards receiving for the game. Wynn has 100 yards on the day so far.

The Hoosiers will start the fourth quarter with possession at their own 30-yard line.
