Nebraska scored two touchdowns, one on offense and another on defense, to increase its lead to 38-0 over Minnesota after three quarters.

Nebraska opened up the lead, 31-0, after Taylor Martinez and Kenny Bell combined for a 30-yard touchdown to end a five-play, 74-yard drive. The Cornhuskers drove across midfield after Ameer Abdullah's 23-yard run from the 47-yard line.

Nebraska made the score 38-0 when Stanley Jean-Baptiste intercepted a Philip Nelson pass and returned it for a touchdown.

Bell clinched a 100-yard receiving game with 38 yards in the quarter, part of his eight-catch, 130-yard day through three quarters for the Cornhuskers.

Minnesota has the ball on its own 37-yard line to begin the fourth quarter.
