Iowa rolls out special Veterans Day uniforms

Iowa rolled out the Veterans Day uniforms today for today’s game against Purdue. BTN’s Field Pass was live from the game and we captured this early look at the uniforms during warmups. The look is to honor members of the U.S. military. Earlier this year we got a look at something when a sporting good store unveiled a new look for Iowa. Today’s game is on BTN/BTN2Go today at noon.

Since the Marine Corps is sponsoring the game, lets give a big Shout Out to the Marines celebrating the their 237th Birthday today. Especially to Captain Clint Harris (U of I, class of 2004) and the men of 2nd Battalion, 7th Marines currently serving in Afghanistan
