The way you have written the article makes IU look like they did something terrible. I know you posted the link to an article that explains it more clearly, but you should have clarified some of your statements in this article. If you are going to report something, then report the whole story rather than just a fraction.

hiding behind technicalities, where did the principals involved graduate from, what basketball program did his son work for before moving on to New Mexico (coached by another iu player who has also recieved players from a-hope) Does this individual have iu season tickets? and where are these tickets located? Check out the ESPN articles they would have no reason to be biased against IU ,

And secondary to this utterly meaningless “infraction,” we shall be in jeopardy of losing early season games against GA, UCLA/ Georgetown, & N. Carolina!! Hanner is a beast, and will be sorely missed in all of these early and critical pre- conference games!! And all over a measley $185 to the IU Varsity Club 20 to 26 years ago!! This could end our non- conference unbeaten streak of 13-0 from last season!!

Yes, to be clear for everyone, the rest of the story has a little more explanation: "The NCAA said in a statement Tuesday night both players were qualified to receive the benefits from the nonprofit organization Adams used to help international players obtain travel documents and cover travel costs to the U.S. The problem was that Adams also was considered an Indiana booster because he donated $185 to the Varsity Club from 1986-92, and boosters cannot provide benefits to players."

Learn the facts, this “booster” wasn’t a booster, he was considered a booster because he gave $185 in a 10 year span. His wife bought IU bumperstickers. This is what the NCAA wastes their time on…….
