It's time for my latest Big Ten Player Rankings. There are a couple of names making their debut on this week's list, and both play in Columbus, Ohio. What other movement was there? Find out in this post.

Remember, this feature ranks the Big Ten's top six offensive and defensive players. So, consider offense the Legends Division and the defense the Leaders Division, or vice versa.

OFFENSE
1. Braxton Miller, QB, Ohio State – Going up against a struggling Illinois defense, it was pretty much a guarantee Miller would do his share of damage Saturday afternoon. The sophomore quarterback didn't disappoint, amassing 299 yards and accounting for three touchdowns (Watch TD pass No. 1 | No. 2 | Rush TD). Miller also completed 60 percent of his passes and averaged 18.8 yards per completion.
Week 10 stats: 12-20, 226 yards, 2 TD, 0 INT; 18  car., 73 yards, 1 TD | 2012 stats
Previous ranking: No. 1

2. Taylor Martinez, QB, Nebraska – OK, it's time to trust Martinez, no matter the second-half deficit. For the third time in Big Ten play, the junior rallied the Huskers from a double-digit deficit, this time registering the decisive score with six ticks left (Watch TD). Martinez, who accounted for four touchdowns, also scored on a pair of long runs (Watch No. 1 | No. 2) en route to becoming Nebraska's career leader in total offense.
Week 10 stats: 16-36, 160 yards, 2 TD, 3 INT; 17 car., 205 yards, 2 TD | 2012 stats
Previous ranking: No. 4

3. Matt McGloin, QB, Penn State – Get this: McGloin's latest effort (321 yards) helped him break Kerry Collins' program record for most 300-yard passing games in a career. The senior owns five 300-yards days, three of which have come this season, and he's averaging 304.8 yards the last four games – a span in which he's thrown eight touchdowns and one interception.
Week 10 stats: 22-36, 321 yards, 2 TD, 0 INT | 2012 stats
Previous ranking:No. 3

4. Venric Mark, RB, Northwestern – Mark did nothing to hurt his stock during Northwestern's bye week, however a pair of quarterbacks behind him – Martinez and McGloin – were quite impressive in victory. As a result, Mark fell two spots. But with Michigan and Michigan State looming, he'll have opportunities to impress against a couple of the Big Ten's elite defenses.
Week 10 stats: Bye week | 2012 stats
Previous ranking: No. 2

5. Montee Ball, RB, Wisconsin – The bye week came at the perfect time for Ball and the Badgers. Wisconsin struggled the last time out against Michigan State's stout defense, and it needed the extra reps to find a new quarterback in the wake of Joel Stave's season-ending injury. Rested and ready, Ball gets Indiana, which he's torched for 424 yards and eight touchdowns in three games.
Week 10 stats: Bye week | 2012 stats
Previous ranking: No. 5

6. Carlos Hyde, RB, Ohio State – Who needs Jordan Hall, right? Hyde has been one of the Big Ten's better backs the last handful of weeks. In fact, his 13 rushing scores are tied for the conference lead with teammate Braxton Miller and 2011 Heisman finalist Montee Ball. The bruising back scored three touchdowns Saturday (Watch TD No. 1 | No. 2 | No. 3) and averaged 7.6 yards per carry.
Week 10 stats: 18 car., 137 yards, 3 TD | 2012 stats
Previous ranking: NR

Next in line: Ameer Abdullah, RB, Nebraska
Dropped out: Denard Robinson, QB, Michigan (No. 6)

DEFENSE
1. Jake Ryan, LB, Michigan – Ryan's been as good as any Big Ten defensive player this year, and following another destructive performance, he moves into the top spot for the first time.
Week 10 stats: 9 tackles, 3 TFL
Previous ranking: No. 2

2. Michael Mauti, LB, Penn State – Mauti and the Penn State defense limited Purdue to nine points Saturday, marking the third time this season they've held an opponent to fewer than 10 points.
Week 10 stats: 5 tackles, 0.5 TFL
Previous ranking: No. 1

Week 10 stats:
14 tackles, 2 TFL, 1 PB

5. Chris Borland, LB, Wisconsin – Borland and the Badgers were on a bye this past week, but they'll be tested in Week 11 against Indiana's up-tempo, prolific attack.

Week 10 stats: 4 tackles, 1 TFL
Previous ranking: No. 6
