You can’t automatically assume the NCAA wouldn’t have imposed an additional 1 year post-season ban had tOSU elected to stay home in 2011.

Yep, it really does suck. He seems like such a nice guy too. It seems like he has “The Luck of Robbie Hummel”. He should have a great NFL career. One of the Purdue fans commented a couple weeks ago that when Purdue flagrantly flung Braxton Miller to the ground that us Ohio State Buckeye fans cheer when someone gets hurt. I think that’s the dumbest comment I’ve ever heard and I’ve heard some real dumb comments on the “Binders Full of Women” group on Facebook.

Really a shame that at the end of a great career, a great young man like Rex Burkhead would miss so much of his final season. Hopefully he gets back for the last 2 or 3 games. What a pleasure it has been to have him here at Nebraska.
