Minnesota senior linebacker Mike Rallis hadn't cut his hair his entire college career. He finally got a haircut Monday night. Rallis, along with other Minnesota student-athletes, shaved his head to raise money and awareness for pediatric cancer research. See the before and after shot of Rallis in this post.
According to GopherSports.com, Minnesota wide receiver Connor Cosgrove, who is battling leukemia, conceptualized the idea and immediately got more than 60 of his teammates to commit to shaving their heads for the cause.
