Joe, remember, MSU traveled to Lincoln last year, after winning 3 tough games. Neb played above their heads and they showed it by losing at home to NW the following weekend. This year's MSU defense is better, and hopefully the offense is starting to click a little bit, Should be a close, tough game which could go either way. Remember, MSU held OSU to 17 pts and a chance to win while Neb gave up 63 to that same team.

Nebraska @ Michigan St should be interesting. This could be a letdown game for Nebraska after a big win vs Michigan. It could come down to turnovers, special teams & penalties; things Nebraska has struggled with and their biggest weakness.

But Bo Pelini has a very good track record vs "pro style" QB's. Many have been shutdown, like Cousins last year having the worst performance of his career. Nebraska is #1 in the country only allowing 45% of passes to be completed this year. Also are top 10 in the country in pass efficiency defense. Lead the Big Ten in sacks and TFL.

Meanwhile, Michigan State has the worst rated rushing attack in the league (12th) and Nebraska has started doing well against the run lately. Maxwell is going to have to produce and it won't be easy.

MSU's defense is tough as nails though, but Nebraska has scored 23+ in every game this season. Rex Burkhead may be back in the line-up as well.

Nebraska is the better team and will win if they don't have a hangover from Michigan. Bo Pelini's teams have a track record of letdowns after success. Maybe this will be different because Nebraska knows they need this to get a better grip on the Legends Division race? You would think they would play with a sense of urgency, but this is an away game vs the #1 defense in the Big Ten.

I think Nebraska gets it done. Their defense has been starting to look sharp lately. This one is either an extremely close game or Nebraska wins by a fairly wide margin.

Tom remember last year, MSU just got done beating O$U at Columbus, Missed again and Wisky in East Lansing, then had to travel to Lincoln, they were due for a letdown. MSU lost 3 games by 6 points this season, MSU has a good shot to win this game.
