It is always trendy to pick against the Bucks, hoping they will finally be right. But yes, these outsiders looking in don't understand the interior transformation going on in Columbus. From the weight room to the film room, guys are buying in to a new mentality, and it shows on the field. Decimated by injury, more so than any other team in the country, arguably, and forced to play inexperienced freshmen alongside players at new positions, the Buckeyes are fining ways to win. The pundits will always punish for ugly wins, but mark it down, as these kids gain confidence with the experience, they will be rolling next year as well. And perhaps the wins wont be so ugly. Tom and Brent should just pencil it in now, as they too, will watch as The Ohio State University goes undefeated THIS year and NEXT! This team will be the class of the Big Ten for the foreseeable future. Get used to that.

Tom, Brent, and the rest of the B10: Stop picking against Urban's team. Clearly OSU has the "it" factor and the young talent is starting to catch on to the new scheme and new staff. 12-0 is now very possible given the way Illinois is playing, and injuries to Denard Robinson and Bucky's QB...a one dimensional team (or no dimensional team if Denard can't go) is not going to beat an OSU team with #5 behind center and a defense that can stop the run.
