Minnesota looks to be in control of the game as it leads 44-21 at the end of the third quarter. Purdue is currently on a 14-point run, though. The Golden Gophers made the score 41-7 when Michael Carter intercepted a Caleb TerBush pass and returned it for a touchdown.

Minnesota opened up the lead, 44-7, after Jordan Wettstein made a 44-yard field goal to end a four-play, zero-yard drive. The Golden Gophers began the drive with good field position at the Boilermakers' 27-yard line after A.J. Barker returned a punt.

Purdue made the score 44-14 after Robert Marve and Dolapo Macarthy hooked up for a 10-yard touchdown to finish off a 75-yard drive.

The Boilermakers closed the gap to 44-21 when Marve and Antavian Edison combined for a seven-yard touchdown to polish off a 77-yard drive.

Minnesota has possession at its own 26-yard line to start the fourth quarter.
