The second quarter saw both teams combine for no points and two turnovers, and the margin is still six, as Purdue leads 13-7. Purdue's Caleb TerBush threw a costly interception in the end zone on an extended drive that saw the Boilers dominate time of possession. Braxton Miller's interception came on a Hail Mary attempt with no time left.

Ohio State will have possession to start the second half.
