		<description><![CDATA[Penn State doesn&#039;t play a team as good or better than UVA until late October when Ohio State comes to town. After that, they play one team that looks as good (Nebraska). Wisconsin is rebuilding, Purdue can&#039;t match up to a short handed Lions team. Given the fact that Penn State outplayed UVA for four quarters on the road, with their remaining schedule a 9 win season is entirely possible. Eight is very likely. If their defenses takes another step forward, they could win all ten.]]></description>
