Oregon State’s Colby Prince led the offense in the second quarter. He caught two passes for 37 yards, and the Beavers now lead 3-0.
Oregon State struck first when Trevor Romaine kicked a 43-yard field goal, the final play of a nine-play, 43-yard drive. Sean Mannion’s 27-yard pass to Brandin Cooks took the Beavers from the 31 and across midfield to ignite the drive. Oregon State ran just one time during that march downfield.
The Beavers will get the ball to start the second half.
