There's an interesting trend going on with star Big Ten football players. It all started when former Illinois running back Mikel Leshoure revealed in the days leading up to the 2011 NFL Draft that people had mispronounced his name all along. Enter the 2012 Big Ten season, and there are three more pronunciation changes: Wisconsin's Montee Ball, Minnesota's Troy Stoudermire and Purdue's Kawann Short. Listen to Short talk with Dave Revsine about the pronunciation of his name on Tuesday's "#BTNLive" now.

Here's what Short told Revsine: "Just all my life, a lot of people have mispronounced my name, so it just pretty much grew on me."
