News that Nebraska projected starting sophomore offensive tackle Tyler Moore has left the team is a blow. The Cornhusker line looked to be one of the better fronts in the Big Ten. Moore was considered to be Nebraska?s top linemen, along with junior guard Spencer Long.

The Huskers have good depth at tackle, which buffers the blow to a degree. With Moore, who according to reports will decide if he will return to Lincoln-or Florida or Florida State–after the season, gone, the Huskers will turn to junior Brent Qvale to start at left tackle. Junior Andrew Rodriguez is the right tackle. Junior reserve Jeremiah Sirles is able to swing between left and right tackle.
