		<description><![CDATA[I agree. Staff continuity is huge. Even when Glen Mason had us going to (and winning) a number of bowl games many people left for greener pastures. Kill&#039;s people obviously love working for him and that should help us be excited for Gopher Football for years to come.]]></description>
