Great analysis Ronald, try looking a little closer at what is actually going on.

First, when it comes to the offense, the run game was significantly better from November on, and too much of the focus goes on where MSU ranked for the entire season. The offensive line started to gel and they average jumped to 160 yards per game.

Too many are undervaluing Arnett, Fowler, Lippett and Sims. Those four guys have experience and have shown flashes of brilliance on the field in real games. However, for some reason, no one seems to be talking about this. This group is good, and is way under the radar at this point.

The 3 headed monster at running back is really solid too, Bell, Caper, and Hill.

Do we even need to talk about the Defense?

So, with all this, tell us how you get to 5 losses.

Boise State has a great run going against BCS conference schools, the last time they lost to one was September 8, 2007 at Washington. That impressive streak ends in a big way on August 31st in East Lansing. Michigan State will be the positive story coming out of week one for the Big Ten.

I see Spartans struggling mightily this year, starting off with a loss to Boise State. Too much inexpereince on offense, being in the system means nothing when you never see the field. I see almost 5 sure losses.

Maxwell is now in his 4th year in the system, he will be a stud this year and next. The O-Line will be one of the best if not the best in the big ten.

Thanks Tom, great story and outline on The MSU Spartans. You might want to come to Summer camp and take a look at the new receiving Corps, it may be the best group of talent ever brought together at Michigan State and maybe just maybe the nation…
