Let's be honest: the advertising campaign for NCAA Football 13 is nothing short of spectacular. Having not played the recently released game, the commercials alone are enough to entertain. The mastery behind the ads comes via a new wrinkle in the game that allows users to put Heisman Trophy winners on any team. Genius, right? One commercial features a young Ohio State fan playing with Michigan's Desmond Howard, much to his father's dismay. Watch the spot in this post.

It doesn't get much worse than Howard in an Ohio State uniform. Or Eddie George in a Michigan uniform, which the game has used in online ads.

While on the topic of Howard, he was in the news Wednesday for something many sports fans will love. The former Wolverine went to Twitter and blasted ESPN coworker Skip Bayless.

Here's a guess: Bayless knows Howard's name, knows it well. How could a guy paid to talk about sports not know a Heisman Trophy winner, much less one who's your colleague? But that's Bayless' shtick, and it's what makes him such a polarizing (disliked) personality.

If you're counting at home, the tweet has been retweeted 437 times. This was at 1:50 p.m. Wednesday. That number is still going up.
