The Minnesota Golden Gophers are expected to wear a patch on their jerseys this season honoring the late Gary Tinsley. They'll also have an impressive mural in the team locker room dedicated to their former teammate. @GopherGridiron tweeted a picture of the mural Wednesday, saying: "Gary Tinsley is going to be with us in '12."

Tinsley was found dead in his campus apartment April 6. He was 22. A four-year letter winner who started all 24 games his final two seasons, Tinsley was No. 2 in total tackles last season (87) and finished his career with 198 tackles.
