Former Wisconsin quarterback Russell Wilson and other NFL rookies had a Topps photo shoot Saturday. Naturally, in the world we live in today, he tweeted photos from the shoot. Thanks, Russell. Get your first look at Wilson in the much-talked about new Seattle Seahawks uniform in this post.

Wilson, of course, led the Badgers to their second consecutive Rose Bowl berth last season, months after transferring to Wisconsin. The star quarterback needed no time to adjust to the Big Ten, completing 225 of 309 passes (73 percent) for 3,175 yards and 33 touchdowns, to just four interceptions.

Wilson wore No. 16 at Wisconsin and North Carolina State, where he spent his first three seasons, but he'll be No. 3 with the Seahawks. Fitting for a guy who went in the third round of last month's NFL draft. The new number doesn't seem to be affecting Wilson, as he's put his name into the starting QB mix.
