The University of Iowa softball team won its third straight Big Ten series, downing Indiana, 10-0, in five innings on a soggy Sunday afternoon at Pearl Field. Following the game, the Hawkeyes recognized seniors Katie Keim and Liz Watkins for Senior Day. The victory improves Iowa's record to 23-24 overall and 12-6 in the Big Ten, while Indiana falls to 24-25 overall and 8-10 in conference play. NORTHWESTERN 3, OHIO STATE 1; NORTHWESTERN 8, OHIO STATE 5

Senior Adrienne Monka broke a 1-1 tie in the fourth inning of the first game of a Sunday doubleheader against Ohio State by crushing the sixth home run in Sharon J. PURDUE 6, WISCONSIN 5
The spotlight was on the Boilermaker seniors in their final home game and the pair came through big in a 6-5 victory over Wisconsin. Molly Garst led the Purdue bats and Katie Hackney picked up the win on Sunday as Purdue won the series with the Badgers and reached the 30-win milestone for the 15th time in program history. PENN STATE 3, MINNESOTA 0

The Penn State softball team was heroic again on Sunday at Beard Field, beating Minnesota for the third straight time in walk-off fashion as Lauren Yao clubbed a single to win 4-3.
