That Kentucky-Indiana men's basketball game in December was pretty memorable, wasn't it? The guys over at SBNation.com thought it was so great, in fact, the game that forever cemented Christian Watford in Indiana lore claimed the No. 2 spot in the publication's Top 10 Best College Basketball Games of 2011-12. The only game better than Indiana's buzzer-beating upset of No. 1 Kentucky at Assembly Hall (AP recap): No. 1 Kentucky's win over No. 5 North Carolina (AP recap). Another Big Ten team's game landed on the list, and while Wisconsin's Sweet 16 defeat to Syracuse (AP recap) didn't produce a buzzer-beater, it took home the No. 6 spot.

See SBNation.com's full top 10 list.

As for the list, it's a great one. Maybe I'm biased and maybe I'm letting my Big Ten colors show, but I think Watford's buzzer-beating trey is the lasting memory of the entire 2011-12 season. As a result, Indiana's upset of No. 1 Kentucky deserves the top spot. Seriously, what did the game lack? Nothing, that's what.

It was an unbelievable game, it was one that featured two of the sport's storied programs, it came down to the final second, and the underdog was the one that hit the game-winning shot at the buzzer. That's tough to top.
