I was rooting for OSU to pull out the win but the match with Nick Heflin was NOT a win for Ohio State. Clearly there needs to be some sort of video review available for the referees to consult. They have video review in just about every other sport why not wrestling? $$$??? Thankfully the next wrestler from OSU won by fall, so the team score was not in question but it very well could have been. What about a challenge flag or two for each head coach? It would add drama as well as ensure that the competitors don’t fall to the mercy of a bad call. (I’m sure the ref. feels bad too, now that he’s had a chance to review the video and his mistake.)
